Interaction Designer, Online Banking (Figma):
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an Interaction Designer, Online Banking (Figma) for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Interaction Designer, Online Banking (Figma) - Job Description:
This role involves designing interactive and usable interfaces for online banking platforms, focusing on enhancing self-service capabilities. The project aims to empower clients by creating simplified online banking products tailored to their unique needs, positively impacting their user experience.

Interaction Designer, Online Banking (Figma) - Responsibilities:
• Provide design solutions for complex, ambiguous problems
• Collaborate with and support designers and developers in using the design system
• Ensure accuracy of documentation and code
• Support product delivery through planning, assigning, and executing tasks
• Promote and advance design practice and the design system within the team
• Help maintain updated design libraries

Interaction Designer, Online Banking (Figma) - Mandatory Skills:
• BA/BS degree in Design or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing interactive usable interfaces
• 4-7 years’ experience working on design systems
• Advanced knowledge of responsive web and mobile best practices
• Proficiency in Figma
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Design thinking and ability to demonstrate process

Interaction Designer, Online Banking (Figma) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Proficient in French
• Experience with accessible design
• Strong teamwork abilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Critical thinking skills

Interaction Designer, Online Banking (Figma) – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 4 days in the office per week.
