Interaction Designer - Salesforce:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an Interaction Designer - Salesforce for a 12-month role. This position is onsite at our client’s Toronto, ON office.

Interaction Designer - Salesforce - Job Description:
The designer will support the Client 360 program, which is implementing Salesforce for advisors in branch and commercial banking settings. The role involves creating screen designs and process flows for Salesforce features and conducting usability testing to enhance advisor efficiency and effectiveness.

Interaction Designer - Salesforce - Responsibilities:
• Consult with Client 360 product owners and partners to discuss and iterate UX solutions
• Plan and conduct usability testing on design proposals
• Scope design activities, collect requirements, and establish timelines for prototypes and usability testing
• Create design concepts and prototypes using Figma and Salesforce Lightning Design System
• Conduct usability testing, including drafting research plans and analyzing test data
• Deliver design concepts and ready-for-dev files to support Client 360 feature releases

Interaction Designer - Salesforce - Mandatory Skills:
• Substantial experience designing for Salesforce platform
• Expertise in Figma for design concepts and prototypes
• Planning and conducting usability testing with Figma prototypes
• Independently scoping and estimating design activities
• BA/BS degree in Design, HCI, CS, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing interfaces across platforms
• Experience integrating user research into product designs

Interaction Designer - Salesforce – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Salesforce certification (User Experience Designer or Certified Platform Strategy Design)
• MA/MS degree or certification in Design, HCI, CS, or related field
• Strong understanding of research methods
• Appreciation for 'design thinking'
• Experience in a large organization and agile environment

Interaction Designer - Salesforce – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.

ASAP.

Interaction Designer - Salesforce - Assignment Location:
Toronto, ON, onsite 5 days per week.
