Intermediate AI Adoption & Enablement Coordinator:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for an Intermediate AI Adoption & Enablement Coordinator for a short-term role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary office.

Intermediate AI Adoption & Enablement Coordinator - Job Description:
Support the AI Enablement Principal in planning and executing client's Copilot and AI adoption program. The role involves coordinating the Copilot Champion Network, delivering user engagement activities, and organizing learning sessions and office hours.

Intermediate AI Adoption & Enablement Coordinator - Responsibilities:
• Establish and manage the Copilot Champion Network
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions, office hours, and awareness events
• Develop and execute Copilot communication campaigns
• Collect and document business use cases and success stories
• Support stakeholder engagement across business units
• Produce adoption, engagement, and value realization reporting
• Support AI-focused events, roadshows, and leadership sessions

Intermediate AI Adoption & Enablement Coordinator - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience supporting technology adoption, change management, or employee enablement initiatives
• Strong communications and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience coordinating training programs, workshops, or communities of practice
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications

Intermediate AI Adoption & Enablement Coordinator – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Viva technologies
• Knowledge of AI adoption and organizational change management practices
• Experience developing communications campaigns and engagement materials
• Familiarity with reporting, analytics, and adoption metrics
• Experience supporting large-scale technology transformation initiatives

Intermediate AI Adoption & Enablement Coordinator – Assignment Length:
This is a contract engagement from September through December 2026.
