Intermediate Business Analyst:
On behalf of our technology client, Procom is searching for an Intermediate Business Analyst for a 12-month role. This position is fully remote with no onsite requirements.

Intermediate Business Analyst - Job Description:
The project involves providing production support for various business areas using customized off-the-shelf (COTS) applications. The focus is on resolving moderately complex business problems through data analysis and validation, ensuring application reliability and data integrity.

Intermediate Business Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day production support for business areas utilizing COTS applications
• Analyze and isolate reported issues and defects, presenting interim solutions
• Collaborate with business operations, technology groups, and vendors to implement solutions
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technology resources
• Gather and document business requirements, generating related artifacts
• Perform system integrated testing and user acceptance testing
• Lead complex initiatives and coordinate the implementation of solutions

Intermediate Business Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• Certificate or diploma in Business Analysis, or a related discipline
• Three years of related analytical experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong strategic and tactical planning skills
• Knowledge of MS Teams, Azure DevOps, Miro, Power BI
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Visio, SharePoint, and MS Project
• Exposure to SAFe Agile methodologies

Intermediate Business Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in COTS implementations
• Experience with SDLC processes
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in facilitating meetings and stakeholder engagement

Intermediate Business Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract with potential extensions.

Intermediate Business Analyst - Assignment Location:
Remote work acceptable, based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.
