Intermediate Project Manager / Business Analyst:
Procom is searching for an Intermediate Project Manager / Business Analyst for a short-term role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary office. 

Intermediate Project Manager / Business Analyst - Job Description:
This role involves coordinating and implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and MFA standards, specifically addressing current issues within Europe. The Intermediate Project Manager / Business Analyst will focus on resolving MFA usage issues with European contractors and standardizing practices across the organization. 

Intermediate Project Manager / Business Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and implement MFA and related standards
• Analyze and recommend MFA direction
• Develop documentation for analysis, recommendation, and implementation
• Implement MFA changes and direction
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes

Intermediate Project Manager / Business Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• Business Analyst experience (5+ years)
• Project Manager experience (2+ years)
• Strong knowledge of MFA technologies
• Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO)
• Proficiency in Conditional Access
• Familiarity with authentication and authorization concepts

Intermediate Project Manager / Business Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Organization Change Management certification (OCM)
• Knowledge of Zero Trust security principles
• Understanding of European labor, privacy, and regulatory considerations impacting MFA deployments

Intermediate Project Manager / Business Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a short-term contract position from August 17, 2026, to December 31, 2026.

Calgary, Alberta, Canada - Hybrid position with 3 days in the office.
