Job Description
Intermediate Project Manager:
On behalf of our Public Sector client, Procom is searching for an Intermediate Project Manager for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with up to 5 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.
Intermediate Project Manager - Job Description:
The Intermediate Project Manager will oversee large-scale, complex projects within the agency, ensuring timelines are met and work progresses as expected. The role involves managing high-profile and high-risk projects, facilitating stakeholder collaboration, and implementing change management strategies.
Intermediate Project Manager - Responsibilities:
• Work with various partners and subject matter experts across different organizational units.
• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop and implement change management strategies and communications.
• Prepare summaries for leadership, including status updates and risk assessments.
• Develop professional communication artifacts such as project updates and meeting minutes.
• Organize and lead project meetings and ensure effective project change control.
• Track action items and ensure timely follow-up.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, resolving or escalating issues as needed.
Intermediate Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• Strong stakeholder management, planning, and resource management skills.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and maintain high-quality documentation.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading program strategy development from inception to close-out.
• Ability to develop successful relationships with high-level stakeholders.
• Experience understanding and articulating executive expectations into program deliverables.
• Strong working knowledge of the Project Management Institute's framework.
Intermediate Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience managing projects in the healthcare sector.
• Knowledge of Information Management principles and practices.
• Understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines.
Intermediate Project Manager – Assignment Length:
The term of this engagement is 12 months.

ASAP.
Intermediate Project Manager - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring up to 5 days onsite as per the Hiring Manager's discretion.
