Intermediate SCM Projects Contracts Advisors:
On behalf of our Oil & Gas client, Procom is searching for an Intermediate SCM Projects Contracts Advisors for a 12 month contract. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Calgary office.

Intermediate SCM Projects Contracts Advisors - Job Description:
The SCM Projects Contracts Advisors are responsible for the day-to-day post-award administration of project contracts, supporting contract onboarding, performance meetings, and change management. The role involves working closely with various teams to ensure contract activities are organized and aligned with established processes.

Intermediate SCM Projects Contracts Advisors - Responsibilities:
• Administer assigned project contracts in accordance with SCM policies and procedures.
• Review awarded contracts to understand scope, terms, and requirements.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and prepare contract documentation.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage contract changes.
• Support or execute end-to-end sourcing activities as needed.

Intermediate SCM Projects Contracts Advisors - Mandatory Skills:
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of contract administration and sourcing.
• Ability to review and analyze information and exercise sound judgement.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.

Intermediate SCM Projects Contracts Advisors – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience supporting capital projects or construction operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using ERP, e-sourcing, or contract management systems.

Intermediate SCM Projects Contracts Advisors – Assignment Length:
This is a contingent position for approx 12 months
