Intermediate Security Specialist - Cyber Security
On behalf of our Healthcare client, Procom is searching for an Intermediate Security Specialist - Cyber Security for a 9-month role. This position is a hybrid position with up to 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. 

Intermediate Security Specialist - Cyber Security - Job Description
This role involves working on critical security initiatives concerning Continuous Threat Exposure Management and DevSecOps. The project aims to enhance security measures by integrating advanced security protocols and practices into existing systems.

Intermediate Security Specialist - Cyber Security - Responsibilities
• Establish and contribute to Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) programs
• Run programs that continuously identify and mitigate security exposures
• Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines, including implementing SAST, DAST, and container security
• Manage cloud security operations, focusing on AWS and Azure security controls
• Operate CSPM or CNAPP platforms, configuring rules, analyzing findings, and managing remediation workflows

Intermediate Security Specialist - Cyber Security - Mandatory Skills
• Demonstrated experience in Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM)
• Hands-on experience with DevSecOps and Application Security
• Strong experience with AWS and Azure security controls
• Proven operation of a CSPM or CNAPP platform
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Intermediate Security Specialist - Cyber Security – Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience in healthcare or public sector environments
• Familiarity with Ontario Health's policies and procedures
• Public sector experience

Intermediate Security Specialist - Cyber Security – Assignment Length
This is a 9-month contract position.
