Job Description

On behalf of our financial client, Procom is searching for an Internal Mobility Talent Advisor for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Westlake, TX office and 1 day remote.

Internal Mobility Talent Advisor - Job Description:
The Internal Mobility Talent Advisor will support internal and external client-facing teams by recruiting and building talent acquisition strategies. The role involves partnering with stakeholders and Human Resources to drive quality hires for hard-to-fill roles across Schwab's business verticals, conducting in-depth intake meetings, and providing market insights.

Internal Mobility Talent Advisor - Responsibilities:
• Recruit and build talent acquisition strategies and processes
• Conduct in-depth intake meetings with hiring managers
• Create and implement sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
• Identify online sourcing channels and organize targeted outreach events
• Assess candidate quality, skills, and fit for positions
• Provide market insights and education to stakeholders

Internal Mobility Talent Advisor - Mandatory Skills:
• Proven recruiting experience with increased levels of responsibility
• Experience developing talent acquisition strategies
• End-to-end recruiting process experience
• Ability to conduct intake meetings with hiring managers
• Strong MS Word, Excel, and Outlook experience
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills

Internal Mobility Talent Advisor – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience supporting internal and external client-facing teams
• Experience recruiting across all levels
• Experience organizing targeted outreach events
• Deep understanding of labor markets and talent pools
• Experience supporting internal mobility or enterprise-wide recruiting
