IT Business Analyst - Senior:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an IT Business Analyst - Senior for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

IT Business Analyst - Senior - Job Description:
The IT Business Analyst - Senior will document and identify gaps in IT and business processes through process mapping to illustrate current and future state. The role involves collaborating with team members to understand project needs and contribute to the development of detailed process maps for requirements gathering and training purposes.

IT Business Analyst - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Identify and analyze business problems and define the scope of activities required to address issues.
• Document project needs and analyze/research possible solutions.
• Gather, document, and update business requirements; review workflow process mapping.
• Develop business testing strategies and work with project members to execute the test plan.
• Manage project documentation and document process flows and gaps.
• Support the Project Manager in planning, executing, controlling, and closing phases.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and internal/external team members.
• Coordinate and provide support to the business with the process implementation.

IT Business Analyst - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Science, or Math.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in most facets of the project lifecycle.
• Proficient comprehension of project management methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Experience in Information Technology preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn organizational structure, business strategies, and processes.

IT Business Analyst - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Specialization in Business, Finance, Engineering, Science, or Math.
• Experience in business process modeling and process mapping.
• Capable of writing clear and well-structured business requirements documents.
• Ability to resolve minor conflicts/issues using different tactics prior to escalation.
• Genuine commitment to the project environment and discipline.

IT Business Analyst - Senior – Assignment Length:
This is a 12 month contract position.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office.
