IT Delivery Lead:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an IT Delivery Lead for a 3-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

IT Delivery Lead - Job Description:
The IT Delivery Lead will oversee all delivery activities for the Channel Connectivity business case, primarily focused on Salesforce and the OAB application. The project is designed to enable virtual advisors to serve customers more efficiently.

IT Delivery Lead - Responsibilities:
• Focus on strategy, problem solving, and challenging solution engineers to build amazing products and services
• Ensure products are well maintained by identifying and eliminating technical debt
• Showcase progress in projects/initiatives/programs, holding people accountable and ensuring successful delivery
• Participate in design discussions to build the best customer experience
• Assist in architectural solution designs, roadmaps, and related strategies aligned to Enterprise Standards
• Present technical information to establish trust, persuade stakeholders, and achieve consensus
• Analyze business strategy & requirements to evaluate solution alternatives
• Participate in planning and review sessions
• Partner with multiple teams to collaborate on strategy and direction
• Assist senior management to enforce standards and mentor technical team members

IT Delivery Lead - Mandatory Skills:
• 7+ years of experience as a senior Delivery Lead
• 3+ years of software engineering experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Strong technical background with the ability to read code and provide feedback
• Experience in an Agile environment
• Technical hands-on experience with SOAP/Rest Services
• Knowledge of User Experience best practices
• Experience with cloud-based applications and understanding of software release processes

IT Delivery Lead – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• 3-5 years of banking/financial industry experience
• Experience in modernizing legacy systems or transformational initiatives
• Experience in building globally scalable financial products
• Experience in defining current and future state for products and roadmaps
• Scrum Master certification

IT Delivery Lead – Assignment Length:
This is a 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in-office.
