IT Delivery Lead:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an IT Delivery Lead for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

IT Delivery Lead - Job Description:
The IT Delivery Lead will work with Wealth management teams to deliver business value to customers by creating a mobile app for international wealth management. This project involves new software development aimed at enhancing customer experience in the global wealth management sector.

IT Delivery Lead - Responsibilities:
• Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised and resolved.
• Assist in the identification and mitigation of project risks before they become issues.
• Identify and act on mentoring and coaching opportunities at the individual and team level.
• Plan, coordinate and facilitate agile ceremonies and longer-term planning exercises.
• Coordinate release management and operational readiness activities with associated teams.
• Effectively communicate with business functions and technology teams to align solutions with business needs.

IT Delivery Lead - Mandatory Skills:
• 7+ years of technology project management or scrum master experience.
• Understanding of Agile practices such as backlog grooming, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Working experience in JIRA.
• Hands-on experience leading release management activities.
• Strong experience with managing risk, issues, and impediments.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous experience working on software development projects.

IT Delivery Lead – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Excellent knowledge of software development processes.
• Working experience with Confluence.
• Knowledge of Lean practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA) is a plus.

IT Delivery Lead – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension and conversion to FTE.

ASAP.

IT Delivery Lead - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in the office.
