IT Delivery Manager:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an IT Delivery Manager for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

IT Delivery Manager - Job Description:
The IT Delivery Manager will support the Pathfinder project, focusing on ongoing support for the Retail Credit Risk model development platform. The role also involves the CREATE Program, which encompasses the conversion and migration of Retail Credit Risk code from SAS to Python.

IT Delivery Manager - Responsibilities:
• Manage delivery excellence through effective schedule management, KPI tracking, and removal of cross-team dependencies and blockers
• Oversee financials and staffing levels to efficiently meet project delivery requirements
• Build and present management-level reporting, leveraging AI and advanced analytics tools
• Facilitate analytical and technical conversations across multiple levels
• Promote team accountability and continuous improvement

IT Delivery Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and AI SDLC methodologies
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for delivery management
• Experience with financial management software for budget tracking and resource allocation
• Project Management certification and 7+ years of experience in Agile environments
• Experience managing DevOps, MLOps, or Cloud architecture implementation
• Expertise in Agile delivery frameworks and project management tools
• Strong communication and influencing skills

IT Delivery Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Hands-on experience in software development, DevOps, MLOps, or Cloud architecture
• Experience with bank's Agile frameworks and enterprise project management tools
• Knowledge of bank’s technology environment and processes

IT Delivery Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.

IT Delivery Manager - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This position is hybrid with 4 days in the office.
