IT Enterprise Architect/Strategist - Senior:
On behalf of our Health sector client, Procom is searching for an IT Enterprise Architect/Strategist - Senior for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with up to 5 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

IT Enterprise Architect/Strategist - Senior - Job Description:
The IT Enterprise Architect/Strategist - Senior contributes to the development, execution, and maturing of the Agency’s provincial digital integration. This role involves ensuring that the Agency and partner solutions support the needs of the health system, focusing on enterprise-wide solutions and leading change initiatives for the organization.

IT Enterprise Architect/Strategist - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Responsible for on-time, on-budget, and on-scope completion of assigned projects
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, and quality of deliverables
• Establish and maintain effective communication with sponsors, partners, vendors, and project team members
• Organize and lead project team meetings
• Ensure effective project change control and manage IT requests for change
• Proactively identify and manage risks and resolve or escalate issues
• Adhere to and promote Ontario Health policies and processes

IT Enterprise Architect/Strategist - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in product management and IT business analysis
• 7+ years’ experience in project management and/or vendor management
• Experience with healthcare integration projects
• Knowledge of user-centric design and innovation
• Strong working knowledge of digital product development and support
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex IT projects under challenging circumstances

IT Enterprise Architect/Strategist - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Health care digital architecture models
• IT infrastructure and ITIL experience
• DevOps expertise
• Familiarity with legislation applicable to health care organizations such as PHIPA
• Deep knowledge of design and deployment of technical infrastructure projects

IT Enterprise Architect/Strategist - Senior – Assignment Length:
The term of this assignment is 12 months.

ASAP.

IT Enterprise Architect/Strategist - Senior - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This position is hybrid, requiring up to 5 days in the office as per the Hiring Manager's discretion.
