On behalf of our Government Sector client, Procom is searching for an IT Enterprise Architect/Strategist - Senior for a 9-month role. This position is onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

IT Enterprise Architect/Strategist - Senior - Job Description:
This role involves developing and managing the IT Enterprise Architecture strategy. The project focuses on creating and implementing strategic enterprise architecture initiatives within a government setting.

IT Enterprise Architect/Strategist - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Develop and recommend IT Enterprise Architecture (EA) strategy and deliverables
• Implement enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies
• Align strategic objectives with technology and resources
• Define business capabilities and processes
• Provide direction on operationalizing business strategy
• Identify technology risks and develop mitigations
• Streamline application landscape to optimize performance

IT Enterprise Architect/Strategist - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience in capability-based architecture
• Prior OPS/Federal government experience
• Knowledge in Application Architecture, Technology Architecture, AI
• Experience in Enterprise Architecture, Application Portfolio Management, IT Governance
• Deep knowledge of multiple enterprise architecture frameworks/methodologies
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

IT Enterprise Architect/Strategist - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and presentations
• Knowledge in project management
• Experience with enterprise architecture tools
• Understanding of data interdependencies
• Experience in transformation thinking

IT Enterprise Architect/Strategist - Senior – Assignment Length:
This is a 9-month contract with the potential for extension.
