IT Financial Analyst (PMO):
On behalf of our Transportation client, Procom is searching for an IT Financial Analyst (PMO) for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Mississauga office.

IT Financial Analyst (PMO) - Job Description:
The IT Financial Analyst (PMO) will support the Portfolio Delivery Manager in preparing IT financial reports for the Capital Planning and Performance team. This role involves managing a wide range of financial activities, including invoice processing, accruals tracking, and reporting on the health of IT delivery on Capital Project Budgets.

IT Financial Analyst (PMO) - Responsibilities:
• Liaise with professional services agencies to address invoice variances
• Create purchase orders and releases in Oracle for IT PMO Professional Services
• Code, distribute, and process invoices
• Serve as the first point of contact between PMO and Accounts Payable teams
• Maintain an Excel master sheet with contractor resources, start/end dates, rates, roles, etc.
• Maintain a database of approved assignment confirmations
• Support Portfolio Delivery Managers and Director with resource management tasks
• Oversee and approve all IT PMO accruals
• Gain familiarity with asset capitalization principles

IT Financial Analyst (PMO) - Mandatory Skills:
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
• Proficiency in Oracle and Excel
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in managing invoices and purchase orders
• Familiarity with accruals and asset capitalization principles
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

IT Financial Analyst (PMO) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in a PMO environment
• Knowledge of capital project budgets
• Previous experience liaising with professional services agencies
• Understanding of variance reporting
• Experience with resource management

IT Financial Analyst (PMO) – Assignment Length:
This is a 6 month contract position.
