IT Manager:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for an IT Manager for a 3-month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Kincardine office.

IT Manager - Job Description:
The IT Manager will lead the IT operations team, focusing on aligning technology with business strategy and overseeing infrastructure and security. This role involves supporting enterprise systems and driving continuous improvement within the IT function.

IT Manager - Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage IT team, including coaching and performance management
• Provide technical leadership across infrastructure and IT initiatives
• Oversee system installation, configuration, performance, and uptime
• Administer Microsoft stack, including Windows Server, SQL Server, and O365/Azure
• Manage infrastructure: servers, SAN, networks, backup, DR, security
• Oversee IAM, security controls, and compliance frameworks
• Participate in on-call and after-hours support

IT Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years in senior IT or IT leadership role
• Strong experience with Microsoft enterprise environments
• Deep infrastructure knowledge (servers, networks, virtualization)
• Experience with security, IAM, and compliance frameworks
• Proven leadership in team management and performance
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities

IT Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Microsoft certifications (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in industrial/field operations environments
• Exposure to ITSM frameworks and structured service delivery
• Experience managing distributed or hybrid IT teams

IT Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a 3-month contract position.

ASAP.

IT Manager - Assignment Location:
Kincardine, ON, with a hybrid work model preferred; remote possible.
