IT Program Manager, Capital Markets/Treasury - Murex:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an IT Program Manager, Capital Markets/Treasury - Murex for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 to 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

IT Program Manager, Capital Markets/Treasury - Murex - Job Description:
This project involves migrating from the Ion platform to Murex for FX and money market operations, with a substantial budget of $10M. The successful candidate will lead and manage the full program end-to-end, ensuring that the transition is completed by December 28, 2026.

IT Program Manager, Capital Markets/Treasury - Murex - Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to cross-functional teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Implement robust project management methodologies
• Consistently interact professionally with clients to manage project expectations
• Monitor and ensure the quality of project deliverables
• Effectively manage changing priorities, project risks, and issues

IT Program Manager, Capital Markets/Treasury - Murex - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years’ project management experience
• Hands-on experience with Murex and experience in Treasury and Capital market
• 10+ years of experience with demonstrated executive presence and proven delivery leadership
• Experience managing projects with budgets of $10 million or more

IT Program Manager, Capital Markets/Treasury - Murex – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in other Top 5 banks / FIs
• ION experience is preferred

IT Program Manager, Capital Markets/Treasury - Murex – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension.

ASAP.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This position is hybrid, requiring 3 to 4 days in the office per week, with 1 day remote.
