On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an IT Project Manager, Cyber Security - Change Governance / Impact Assessment for a 4-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

IT Project Manager, Cyber Security - Change Governance / Impact Assessment - Job Description:
The project involves implementing the SDO (Secret Double Octopus) Biometric Authentication for myPrint USA. The role requires overseeing change governance and impact assessments within the cyber security domain, ensuring project delivery aligns with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

IT Project Manager, Cyber Security - Change Governance / Impact Assessment - Responsibilities:
• Provides leadership in optimizing operations and capacity planning.
• Plans and executes complex projects, managing scope and requirements changes.
• Facilitates joint planning with clients and manages project costs and budgets.
• Resolves project issues, escalates when necessary, and mentors project managers.
• Supports technology integration and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develops processes to improve service delivery efficiency.
• Maintains strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.

IT Project Manager, Cyber Security - Change Governance / Impact Assessment - Mandatory Skills:
• Undergraduate degree in a technical field or equivalent.
• PMP Certified.
• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience.
• Experience with Cyber Security and end-user technology.
• Strong background in change governance and impact assessment.
• Intermediate-Expert level experience with Confluence, Jira, MS Planner, SharePoint, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

IT Project Manager, Cyber Security - Change Governance / Impact Assessment – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Scrum Master Certified.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Proven team player.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Accessible and teamwork-oriented.

IT Project Manager, Cyber Security - Change Governance / Impact Assessment – Assignment Length:
This is a 4-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension and possible conversion to full-time.
