IT Project Manager - Cyber Security:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an IT Project Manager - Cyber Security for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2-3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

IT Project Manager - Cyber Security - Job Description:
The role involves managing multiple cybersecurity projects within a centralized PMO, focusing on security-related initiatives across the bank. The candidate will work on various sub-streams of cybersecurity projects, ensuring successful delivery in collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams.

IT Project Manager - Cyber Security - Responsibilities:
• Define test plans and ensure products are defect-free before User Acceptance Testing.
• Develop, track, and manage project budget, project plans, timelines, and scope.
• Oversee project staff, delegating work to appropriate leads.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and project progress.
• Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are utilized.
• Lead teams of developers in delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Manage medium to large scale projects, collaborating with stakeholders, vendors, and technical resources.
• Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses.

IT Project Manager - Cyber Security - Mandatory Skills:
• IT Project Manager experience - 8+ years
• Strong project budget management background - 8+ years
• Infrastructure project management experience - 8+ years
• Experience with managing waterfall/Agile projects - 8+ years
• Experience with SharePoint/Jira and Confluence - 5 years
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies - 5+ years
• Experience with Cybersecurity project delivery - 3+ years

IT Project Manager - Cyber Security – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• PMP Certification
• Familiarity with ServiceNow for ITSM
• Working knowledge of security and cloud technologies
• Prior experience using Planview or Clarity as a Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tool
• Cybersecurity technologies certification or working towards certification

IT Project Manager - Cyber Security – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position with potential for extension or conversion to full-time employment.

ASAP.

IT Project Manager - Cyber Security - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days in the office.
