IT Project Manager – Digital / Investments:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an IT Project Manager – Digital / Investments for an 8-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

IT Project Manager – Digital / Investments - Job Description:
The role involves managing an OFI (Other Financial Institutions) money transfer project within the investment domain. The project is part of the digital banking sector and focuses on enhancing financial transactions and services.

IT Project Manager – Digital / Investments - Responsibilities:
• Track projects through each phase of the project lifecycle
• Work with all dependent teams and prepare execution plans
• Ensure milestones are met and projects have gone through all approval gates
• Document project status & assist teams in maintaining information repositories
• Maintain project risk tracker and communicate project risks to management
• Support app releases & rollout related activities
• Engage stakeholders for consultation throughout the project

IT Project Manager – Digital / Investments - Mandatory Skills:
• 10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and Certified Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM)
• Expert understanding of project management practices and tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence

IT Project Manager – Digital / Investments – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• PMP certification
• Experience with top 5 banks
• Experience with web and mobile development
• Experience with API development
• Experience with application decommissioning

IT Project Manager – Digital / Investments – Assignment Length:
The contract duration is approximately 8 months, with the possibility of extension and conversion to full-time employment.
