IT Project Manager, HR ServiceNow Implementation:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an IT Project Manager, HR ServiceNow Implementation for a 7-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3–4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

IT Project Manager, HR ServiceNow Implementation - Job Description:
This role supports a high-profile ServiceNow implementation project that is part of a new initiative aimed at modernizing and delivering HR technology solutions. The project is currently in the design and development stages and involves multiple workstreams at varying phases of delivery.

IT Project Manager, HR ServiceNow Implementation - Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, timelines, scope, deliverables, dependencies, and project governance artifacts.
• Coordinate project activities across business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, developers, and project management resources to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate project status meetings and maintain RAID logs, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of action items.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and subject matter experts to gather, validate, and refine business requirements.
• Lead and coordinate the delivery of technology solutions, working with developers and third-party vendors.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test planning and execution support.
• Develop implementation, rollout, communication, and transition plans.
• Prepare project status reports, executive updates, and steering committee presentations.
• Ensure project delivery follows established project management methodologies and governance standards.

IT Project Manager, HR ServiceNow Implementation - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager managing end-to-end technology projects.
• Experience with PM tools: JIRA, Microsoft Project.
• Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment.
• Experience managing ServiceNow implementation projects.
• Experience from financial institutions, specifically HR technology and HR transformation project experience.

IT Project Manager, HR ServiceNow Implementation – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Experience delivering UI-focused and client-facing technology solutions.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and external delivery partners.

IT Project Manager, HR ServiceNow Implementation – Assignment Length:
This is a 7-month contract position with a strong possibility of extension through December 2027.
