Project Manager:
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Project Manager - Job Description:
We are seeking a Project Manager to support a project aimed at implementing Jira and Confluence. This initiative involves the integration of these tools to enhance project management and collaboration within the organization. 

Project Manager - Responsibilities:
• Manage the implementation of Jira and Confluence across the organization
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project team members
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
• Ensure accessibility and usability of the tools for all team members
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management

Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in software implementation
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities

Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in the technology sector
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Previous experience in a hybrid work environment
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP)
• Knowledge of other project management tools

Project Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position for 6 months.

Project Manager - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office.
