On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an IT Project Manager - Real Estate & Infrastructure Projects for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

IT Project Manager - Real Estate & Infrastructure Projects - Job Description:
The project involves the delivery and management of small to medium real estate infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required scope and quality. The role includes overseeing multiple projects, mapping IT standards to real estate design, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

IT Project Manager - Real Estate & Infrastructure Projects - Responsibilities:
• Deliver small to medium real estate infrastructure projects on time, budget, scope, and with quality
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring all move forward and are prioritized as required
• Understand and map appropriate IT standards to Real Estate design
• Communicate with business partners, IT, Real Estate, and external vendors effectively and respectfully
• Create artifacts for financials, reporting, and presentation, and store them in compliance with team project repository
• Track project tasks, schedules, risks, and budget status meticulously in all phases for every project
• Facilitate meetings, requirements gathering, build coordination, and communication
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure project plans are well defined and executed
• Resolve challenges aggressively and creatively

IT Project Manager - Real Estate & Infrastructure Projects - Mandatory Skills:
• IT Project Management experience
• Experience with real estate and infrastructure projects
• Strong technology background
• Proficiency in Jira
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong communication skills
• Highly organized

IT Project Manager - Real Estate & Infrastructure Projects – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Clarity
• Spreadsheet and reporting experience
• Experience with video conferencing and technology currency projects
• PMP certification

IT Project Manager - Real Estate & Infrastructure Projects – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with potential for extension or conversion.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days onsite, with the possibility of increased onsite days depending on project requirements.
