On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an IT Project Manager – Regulatory and Change Management processes for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
IT Project Manager – Regulatory and Change Management processes - Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support a high-visibility observability expansion initiative within Global Technology Infrastructure & Operations. This role focuses on executing a large-scale rollout of Dynatrace monitoring across the Bank’s critical applications, enhancing the monitoring capabilities and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
IT Project Manager – Regulatory and Change Management processes - Responsibilities:
• Lead daily planning sessions with technical teams to define and refine implementation and deployment windows
• Engage regularly with 100+ application teams to understand progress, assess readiness, and coordinate observability expansion activities
• Develop, maintain, and track detailed implementation schedules, ensuring alignment with change management, QA, and testing requirements
• Manage multiple stakeholder interactions across technical teams, application owners, and leadership
• Monitor implementation progress, track milestones, and proactively identify and mitigate risks or blockers
• Validate successful deployment of Dynatrace monitoring solutions and ensure quality and operational standards are met
• Prepare and deliver structured reporting to leadership and executive stakeholders
IT Project Manager – Regulatory and Change Management processes - Mandatory Skills:
• 8+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
• Experience with regulatory and change management processes/projects in FIs
• Experience with observability expansion across large application portfolios or Dynatrace implementation projects
• Experience with JIRA (ticketing, backlog management, Scrum/Kanban boards)
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
IT Project Manager – Regulatory and Change Management processes – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• PMP / PMI certification
• Experience with PPM

This is a 12-month contract position with the possibility of extension and conversion to full-time employment.
