IT Project Manager - Senior:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an IT Project Manager - Senior for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

IT Project Manager - Senior - Job Description:
The project involves managing the delivery of multiple technology projects within the Online Banking for Business (OLBB) platform. This is a backfill position where you will take over an existing project from a departing tech PM, ensuring fast-paced, efficient delivery in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment.

IT Project Manager - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Direct and coordinate team members in the creation of project deliverables
• Manage project scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery
• Work with Communications stakeholders to drive change and communications planning
• Ensure projects meet performance, quality, and compliance standards

IT Project Manager - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• 8+ Years of experience in project management
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall hybrid models
• Strong problem-solving and quick-thinking abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple tech teams
• Valid PMP designation from the Project Management Institute
• Ability to anticipate escalations and manage them effectively

IT Project Manager - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in banking
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
• Background in Computer Science or Information Systems

IT Project Manager - Senior – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.

ASAP.

IT Project Manager - Senior - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days in the office weekly.
