IT Quality Assurance Specialist II:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for an IT Quality Assurance Specialist II for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary office.

IT Quality Assurance Specialist II - Job Description:
The project focuses on enhancing and maintaining the quality of IT systems through rigorous testing and validation processes. The role involves supporting current platform upgrades and ensuring software meets accessibility and functionality standards.

IT Quality Assurance Specialist II - Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough testing of software systems to ensure quality and functionality.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Document and communicate test results and findings effectively.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
• Ensure that software meets accessibility standards and user requirements.

IT Quality Assurance Specialist II - Mandatory Skills:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with software testing methodologies and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards in IT systems.
• Practical experience with test automation frameworks and automated test maintenance.
• Experience validating REST APIs.

IT Quality Assurance Specialist II – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with automated testing tools.

• Understanding of database management.
