IT Recruiter:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an IT Recruiter for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

IT Recruiter - Job Description:
This role involves supporting a global delivery initiative by managing data entry, maintenance, and vendor onboarding responsibilities. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on resume review and candidate onboarding.

IT Recruiter - Responsibilities:
• Manage demand files and onboarding for each respective vendor
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Conduct end-to-end candidate review processes up until onboarding completion
• Handle high volumes of data with accuracy
• Attend daily meetings for up to 2 hours

IT Recruiter - Mandatory Skills:
• IT Recruitment background: 2-4 years
• Strong administrative background: 2-4 years
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 - Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Strong organizational skills
• Positive attitude and flexibility with tasks

IT Recruiter – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with global delivery initiatives
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Assertive and confident in resume review

IT Recruiter – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and business needs.
