IT Security Analyst - SSL/TLSKPI Processing (ServiceNow):
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an IT Security Analyst - SSL/TLSKPI Processing (ServiceNow) for a 3-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

IT Security Analyst - SSL/TLSKPI Processing (ServiceNow) - Job Description:
The IT Security Analyst will support the Crypto Operations team in managing a surge in certificate requests. The role involves overseeing end-to-end PKI and SSL/TLS certificate operations, including intake, validation, issuance, renewal, and decommissioning through ServiceNow.

IT Security Analyst - SSL/TLSKPI Processing (ServiceNow) - Responsibilities:
• Execute end-to-end operational processes supporting PKI and SSL/TLS certificates.
• Manage assigned service queues and requests according to service commitments.
• Coordinate request intake, validation, fulfillment, and closure through workflow platforms.
• Monitor operational activities to identify and escalate service risks and issues.
• Manage certificate lifecycle activities, including issuance and decommissioning.
• Maintain accurate certificate inventories and ownership records.
• Confirm implementation completion and update operational records.
• Support internal and external certificate authority services.
• Document root causes, corrective actions, and operational recommendations.

IT Security Analyst - SSL/TLSKPI Processing (ServiceNow) - Mandatory Skills:
• 3 years of experience with SSL/TLS certificates and PKI concepts.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to work across multiple systems.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing/workflow platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

IT Security Analyst - SSL/TLSKPI Processing (ServiceNow) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Banking experience.
• Spanish proficiency.

IT Security Analyst - SSL/TLSKPI Processing (ServiceNow) – Assignment Length:
This is a 3-month contract position with the possibility of extension.

ASAP.
