IT Security Analyst - ZScaler
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an IT Security Analyst - ZScaler for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

IT Security Analyst - ZScaler - Job Description:
The project involves building and designing an application proxy in the bank that requires network access. The IT Security Analyst will write security policies, consult with relevant stakeholders, and implement the policy in the enterprise environment.

IT Security Analyst - ZScaler - Responsibilities:
• Manage and update proxy security policies across global environments.
• Review, analyze, and implement URL filtering rules and access controls.
• Troubleshoot user access issues, including scenario-based investigations.
• Work closely with business units across 35 countries to understand regional compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with a team of five proxy specialists to support daily operational needs.
• Participate in security reviews, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support onboarding, configuration, and optimization of Zscaler or equivalent proxy platforms.

IT Security Analyst - ZScaler - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years in IT, including 6+ years in security-focused roles supporting proxy technologies.
• 1+ years’ experience with strong knowledge of networking and troubleshooting networks.
• Strong understanding of web security attacks and secure proxy configurations.
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise proxy services (Zscaler preferred).
• Proven experience writing and maintaining proxy security policies in large organizations.
• Strong foundational knowledge of proxy architectures, URL filtering technologies, and web security controls.

IT Security Analyst - ZScaler – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience supporting Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) specifically.
• Experience in financial institutions or other highly regulated industries.
• Knowledge of regional compliance requirements across multiple geographies.
• Experience with enterprise-scale change management processes.

IT Security Analyst - ZScaler – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension.

ASAP.

IT Security Analyst - ZScaler - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position with 2 days in the office.
