ITSM/ITIL Change Management Analyst:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an ITSM/ITIL Change Management Analyst for a 12 month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2-4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

ITSM/ITIL Change Management Analyst - Job Description:
This role involves managing and executing the Change Management process within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The analyst will work closely with various teams and senior leaders to coordinate technology change requests across all lines of business, ensuring compliance and process improvement.

ITSM/ITIL Change Management Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and execute the Change Management process daily
• Serve as a subject matter expert on IT Service Management Change Management process and tool
• Chair and manage Technology Change Management meetings
• Review submitted Change requests for completeness and compliance
• Define, document, and support ITSM policies and procedures
• Present key performance metrics for the Enterprise Change Management process
• Facilitate the Change Post Implementation Review (CPIR) process
• Integrate with other IT processes and teams (Incident, Problem, Configuration)

ITSM/ITIL Change Management Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• IT Technical Support experience
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Proficiency in MS Office
• ITIL V certification
• Experience reviewing technical documentation
• Asset management experience
• Knowledge of IT change management and ITIL methods and procedures

ITSM/ITIL Change Management Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Financial industry experience

ITSM/ITIL Change Management Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is a 12 month contract with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent position.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence 2-4 times a week.
