IVVQM/ Senior Project Validation Lead
On behalf of our technology client, Procom is searching for an IVVQM/ Senior Project Validation Lead for a 6-month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Austin, Texas office.

IVVQM/ Senior Project Validation Lead - Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced professional to join Thales in Austin, Texas, as an IVVQM/ Senior Project Validation Lead. This role involves delivering customized solutions to government agencies for issuing official documents and performing biometric comparisons. The position requires a combination of technical skills, communication abilities, and leadership qualities to manage complex projects effectively.

IVVQM/ Senior Project Validation Lead - Responsibilities:
• Partner with sales and technical teams during presales activities to define and implement IVVQ processes and strategies
• Lead validation, verification, and quality efforts on complex projects within the Identity and Biometric scope
• Define validation strategy and act as work package manager for project validation activities
• Create and execute quality assurance plans, acceptance and validation test plans, and test scripts
• Lead project IVVQ activities in coordination with internal and external teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery
• Work directly with customers during project initiation, implementation, acceptance testing, and issue escalations
• Continuously review and improve IVVQ methodologies and processes

IVVQM/ Senior Project Validation Lead - Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, or a related field with 8–10 years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of IVVQ methodologies, tools, and processes including test automation
• 3+ years in project leadership roles managing multiple projects or work packages
• 7+ years of experience with Web/Mobile technologies and application servers
• Proven experience with API testing using Soap/Rest protocols
• Solid understanding of data communication/network protocols and ability to write SQL queries
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and customer-facing communication skills

IVVQM/ Senior Project Validation Lead – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Previous experience in team leadership roles
• Previous experience in the field of identity or biometrics
• Knowledge in automation tools such as TestComplete, ReadyAPI, and JMeter
• Experience in PKI and strong knowledge in Digital Security good practices
• Prior experience developing and executing automated tests using JavaScript, Python, or similar
