Java/Springboot/Python Developers x4:
On behalf of our technology client, Procom is searching for Java/Springboot/Python Developers x4 for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Java/Springboot/Python Developers x4 - Job Description:
The Software Developer plans, designs, develops, codes, and tests software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products. This is a migration project involving the transition from Java to Java, dealing with a significant amount of legacy code with minimal documentation, and migrating from AWS to GCP.

Java/Springboot/Python Developers x4 - Responsibilities:
• Revises and refines systems as required
• Participates in the devising of project timelines, implementation design specifications, system flow diagrams, documentation, testing, and ongoing support of business systems
• Develops and maintains operational and system level documentation

Java/Springboot/Python Developers x4 - Mandatory Skills:
• Must be able to apply SDLC concepts and have a proven track record of delivering solid, robust applications
• Strong communication skills are required as position will interact with business owners
• 6+ years of prior software development experience required

Java/Springboot/Python Developers x4 – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with migration projects
• Familiarity with AWS and GCP
• Ability to work with legacy code
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated teamwork abilities

Java/Springboot/Python Developers x4 – Assignment Length:
This is a 6 month contract position.
