JIRA Reporting Manager:
On behalf of our Consulting client, Procom is searching for a JIRA Reporting Manager for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

JIRA Reporting Manager - Job Description:
The JIRA Reporting Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing JIRA reporting capabilities, including setting up dashboards and tracking project progress. This role involves planning multiple projects on JIRA, understanding risks and issues, and effectively managing stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

JIRA Reporting Manager - Responsibilities:
• Set up and manage JIRA dashboards for reporting project progress
• Plan and oversee multiple projects on JIRA
• Identify and manage risks and issues in projects
• Prepare and deliver status reports, risk, and issue trackers
• Conduct ad hoc status reporting as needed
• Manage stakeholder communications and expectations

JIRA Reporting Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in JIRA reporting
• Experience in setting up JIRA dashboards and reporting progress
• Project management skills with the ability to plan and manage multiple projects
• Stakeholder management experience
• PMP or JIRA certification

JIRA Reporting Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Financial Services (FS) experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Accessibility knowledge

JIRA Reporting Manager – Assignment Length:
The contract duration is 6 months, full-time.

JIRA Reporting Manager - Start Date:
ASAP.

JIRA Reporting Manager - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This position is hybrid with 2 days in the office.
