Jr Analyst, Cash Management – SFTP Setup:
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Jr Analyst, Cash Management – SFTP Setup for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Jr Analyst, Cash Management – SFTP Setup - Job Description:
The project involves a large-scale migration initiative where approximately 400 customers are transitioning from a legacy application to a new platform. The role focuses on supporting the seamless migration process by analyzing customer files and ensuring smooth transitions.

Jr Analyst, Cash Management – SFTP Setup - Responsibilities:
• Support the seamless migration of clients from a legacy platform to a new application.
• Review customer file requirements and analyze inbound files.
• Make necessary administrative and system configuration changes.
• Activate customers and support go-live activities.
• Contact customers as required and monitor successful post-migration processing.

Jr Analyst, Cash Management – SFTP Setup - Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Cash Management.
• Hands-on experience supporting client migration or implementation projects.
• Experience with SFTP setup, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Jr Analyst, Cash Management – SFTP Setup – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Strong attention to detail.
• Customer support or client-facing experience is considered an asset.
• Experience managing and engaging with stakeholders.

Jr Analyst, Cash Management – SFTP Setup – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.
