Jr. Project Manager/PCO:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Jr. Project Manager/PCO for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Jr. Project Manager/PCO - Job Description:
We are seeking a Junior Project Manager/Project Coordinator to support project delivery initiatives across Cyber Security, AI, and enterprise technology programs within a federally regulated environment. This role involves supporting project planning, coordination, stakeholder communication, financial tracking, and delivery execution while working closely with senior project leaders, business stakeholders, and technology teams.

Jr. Project Manager/PCO - Responsibilities:
• Support the delivery of Cyber Security, AI, and enterprise technology initiatives
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, milestone tracking, and status reporting
• Coordinate meetings, project updates, action items, RAID logs, and project documentation
• Help maintain project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
• Support SDLC and Agile/Waterfall delivery activities
• Coordinate communication between business, technology, and leadership teams
• Assist in simplifying technical and AI-related concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Help identify and track project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans

Jr. Project Manager/PCO - Mandatory Skills:
• 3–5+ years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Project Administration, or Junior Project Management roles
• Experience supporting technology, Cyber Security, AI, or enterprise application projects
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
• General understanding of SDLC and project delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools

Jr. Project Manager/PCO – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Exposure to Cyber Security or AI-related initiatives
• Experience supporting enterprise or digital transformation projects
• Experience working within large enterprise environments

Jr. Project Manager/PCO – Assignment Length:
This is a 12 month contract position.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position with 2 days in the office.
