Job Description
BMO is currently sourcing for a Junior Analyst, Distribution Strategy position on a 12-month contract.
Summary of Role:
This role is for a Junior Analyst in the Distribution Strategy team within Global Asset Management. The main responsibility is to support strategic initiatives that optimize the distribution of investment products like mutual funds and ETFs. The analyst will work with senior management and various stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and research.

Here are some of the key requirements and responsibilities included in this role:
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Analyze distribution channels, sales trends, and market opportunities
- Create reports, dashboards, models, and presentations
- Prepare materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and maintain distribution data
- Conduct research on competitors and market conditions
- Lead strategic projects and manage relationships with stakeholders
Required Skills:
- Advanced Excel (VBA) and PowerPoint skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in asset management or financial services
- Data-driven decision-making
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
- Capital Markets experience (asset)
- CSC or CFA certification (nice to have)
- Coding experience in VBA and Power BI (asset)
