Junior Business Analyst:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Junior Business Analyst for a project role. 

Junior Business Analyst - Job Description:
This role supports the IT Performance and Observability team by providing analytical capacity. The Junior Business Analyst will assist a Senior Business Analyst in data collection, consolidation, and documentation to allow the Senior BA to focus on complex analysis and stakeholder engagement.

Junior Business Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Collect and consolidate data from multiple stakeholders and sources.
• Maintain analysis, requirements, and project documentation.
• Support data validation and flag missing or inconsistent information.
• Document inputs, findings, decisions, and follow-ups.
• Assist with requirements gathering under the Senior BA’s direction.
• Prepare summaries, trackers, and materials for stakeholder discussions.
• Coordinate follow-ups to complete data collection.

Junior Business Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience in business analysis, project coordination, data analysis, or similar.
• Strong ability to collect, organize, and document information from multiple sources.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot gaps or inconsistencies.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and follow through.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Junior Business Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with IT observability, monitoring, or event management.
• Experience in an IT or technology environment.
• Experience supporting technology projects or operational improvement initiatives.
• Familiarity with requirements gathering, process documentation, or data analysis.

Junior Business Analyst – Assignment Length:
6 months
