On behalf of our Healthcare client, Procom is searching for a Junior Business Analyst for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with up to 1 day onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Junior Business Analyst - Healthcare - Job Description:
The ONE ID Business Support team is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to assist with the EHR modernization and ONE ID Change Management and Adoption initiatives. The role involves supporting operational demands and the growing portfolio of ONE ID initiatives, which are foundational to various digital health solutions in Ontario.

Junior Business Analyst - Healthcare - Responsibilities:
• Support ONE ID operational activities, including client support, partner requests, incidents, and escalations within Service Level Agreement timelines.
• Execute IAM (Identity and Access Management) processes, including end-user authentication and authorization.
• Support communication and engagement plans for ONE ID onboarding and adoption.
• Provide input to process improvements and process documentation aligned with evolving business needs.
• Support testing of new features and client health validation activities in lower environments.

Junior Business Analyst - Healthcare - Mandatory Skills:
• 2+ years of experience as an operational Business Analyst in IT or digital health environments.
• Hands-on experience with client support and client onboarding.
• Strong attention to detail with a specific focus on data integrity.
• Solid understanding of data integrity and data quality principles.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal communication skills, including experience communicating with clients and partners in an operational environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet SLA timelines.
• Demonstrated experience interpreting, analyzing, and executing business processes.

Junior Business Analyst - Healthcare – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with business intelligence tools, dashboards, or reporting systems.
• Knowledge of ITSM practices.
• Proven ability to work within IAM (Identity and Access Management) framework.
• Experience in the digital health ecosystem.
• Public sector experience.

Junior Business Analyst - Healthcare – Assignment Length:
The assignment is a contract position for 12 months, with an option to extend.

ASAP.

Junior Business Analyst - Healthcare - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position with up to 1 day onsite, subject to the hiring manager’s discretion.
