Junior Consultant – Technology Enablement
On behalf of our client, Procom is actively seeking a Junior Consultant – Technology Enablement to provide support to the Technology Enablement team in delivering its services.
Responsibilities include working closely with team members to complete deliverables directly related to the implementation and adoption of Microsoft Copilot and maturing the divisional Knowledge Management (KM) practice. Additionally, the Junior Consultant will assist in the research, testing, and education of other end-user technologies within the team’s purview.
Responsibilities
Participation and contribution includes:
- Gathering of business requirements
- Application of various user research methodologies
- Development of user education resources
- Evaluate and assess end-user technologies (new and existing)
- Demonstrate critical thinking to understand business processes at an enterprise level
Copilot Adoption
- Assist with creating end-user documentation and education sessions; deliver education sessions/instructions to users on how to use learning tools and resources (e.g., Copilot microlearning, TechTalks, TechTips).
- Investigate, research, and champion features and options available within end-user technologies, including Copilot and Copilot Chat, by promoting usage and communicating business value to stakeholders.
- Support Copilot agent building and testing activities, including helping coordinate pilots, documenting outcomes, and supporting establishment of baseline metrics and delivery of business-approved agents ready for enterprise use.
- Contribute AI-related proactive learning content via multiple channels, including targeted business engagement and TE-authored Copilot/Copilot Chat knowledge articles with measurable view targets.
- Monitor end-user impacts of Copilot governance, and consult on remediation options to balance risk and benefit of using GenAI technology.
Knowledge Management (KM) maturity
- Contribute to Technology Enablement’s knowledge management practice by developing and maintaining user education resources and knowledge articles that support self-serve and proactive learning.
- Contribute ideas for topics to be posted in our Technology Bulletins related to end-user technologies.
- Support maturing Digital First services by helping integrate knowledge tools, introducing/using analytics to identify knowledge gaps, and supporting awareness of self-serve tools and digital repositories.
- Help increase awareness and usage of the Technology and Services HUB by drafting, publishing, and refreshing TE-authored knowledge articles aligned to measurable outcomes.
- Ability to create clear documentation and learning materials (job aids, FAQs, knowledge articles) and facilitate basic sessions under guidance.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Undergrad degree in the field of Information Technology, Business Management, or a related discipline (alternative studies may include knowledge management and behavioral science).
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in an IT-related role within a public organization, including end-user enablement, digital adoption, knowledge management, or business analysis.
- Minimum 1 year of working knowledge
- Microsoft 365 tools and collaboration capabilities (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and comfort learning new features quickly.
- Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Chat, including agent design, prototyping and testing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to synthesize inputs into actionable summaries and recommendations.
- Analytical skills to support basic reporting, insight generation, and continuous improvement work
