Junior Quality Assurance Analyst, Fraud/AML:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Junior Quality Assurance Analyst, Fraud/AML for a 1-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Junior Quality Assurance Analyst, Fraud/AML - Job Description:
This role is responsible for executing assigned fraud case Quality Assurance (QA) activities across a broad range of case types. The Junior QA Analyst will support the Manager in implementing and enhancing QA standards and tools within the Fraud Governance and Internal Controls business group.

Junior Quality Assurance Analyst, Fraud/AML - Responsibilities:
• Perform QA testing by evaluating cases completed by Fraud operations teams for process adherence and call quality
• Organize internal and external calibration sessions to share observations and obtain feedback
• Develop details of emerging trends based on evaluations completed
• Draft coaching memos
• Identify trends and root causes, and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders

Junior Quality Assurance Analyst, Fraud/AML - Mandatory Skills:
• 2+ years’ experience in financial services or fraud-related roles (AML Analysts, Fraud Analysts, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to express strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy (quality assessments)
• Experience navigating fraud monitoring systems, telephony platforms, and/or case management tools (PRM Tsys, AS400, Pega)
• Demonstrated ability to analyze QA results, identify trends and root causes, and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders
• Working knowledge of banking products, services, and fraud management processes and procedures

Junior Quality Assurance Analyst, Fraud/AML – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Intermediate proficiency in data analytics, including the ability to interpret and derive insights from data

Junior Quality Assurance Analyst, Fraud/AML – Assignment Length:
This is a 1-year contract position with the possibility of extension.

ASAP.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada - Hybrid with 3 days in office per week.
