Junior Technician:
On behalf of our Technology client, Procom is searching for a Junior Technician for a contract role up to January 31, 2027. This position is onsite, 5 days per week at our client’s Brampton office.

Junior Technician - Job Description:
This project involves expediting the deployment of new laptops as part of a Windows 11 migration. The Junior Technician will assist in the logistics and coordination of equipment shipments and returns to meet the project deadline.

Junior Technician - Responsibilities:
• Reach out to associates and coordinate with UPS to ship out new laptops
• Enable OneDrive once the associate receives the laptop
• Coordinate and schedule the prompt return of old laptops from associates

Junior Technician - Mandatory Skills:
• Ability to coordinate and oversee logistics of equipment shipments and returns
• Very organized and detail-focused
• Excellent communications and customer service skills – empathy and gentle forcefulness

Junior Technician – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in a similar technology deployment project
• Familiarity with Windows 11 environments
• Problem-solving skills
• Teamwork abilities
• Accessible communication style

Junior Technician – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position up to January 31, 2027.

ASAP.

Brampton, Ontario, Canada. Onsite, 5 days per week.
