Junior to Intermediate Project Manager:
On behalf of our technology client, Procom is searching for a Junior to Intermediate Project Manager for an 18-month role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Regina, Saskatchewan office.

Junior to Intermediate Project Manager - Job Description:
This role involves project coordination and delivery support for a large-scale transformational initiative. The focus is on project delivery and governance support, ensuring alignment with project objectives, schedules, and deliverables.

Junior to Intermediate Project Manager - Responsibilities:
• Perform day-to-day project management and coordination activities.
• Coordinate project tasks, activities, work packages, and dependencies.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules and plans.
• Track and follow up on action items, risks, issues, and decisions.
• Support project governance processes and prepare status reports.
• Facilitate project meetings and document outcomes.
• Liaise with project team members, stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.

Junior to Intermediate Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• Three (3) to seven (7) years of IT project management experience.
• Project management education and/or certifications (PMP).
• Experience in vendor management and working in a PMO environment.
• Proficiency with project management software.
• Excellent written and communication skills.
• Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proven project and resource planning capabilities.

Junior to Intermediate Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with SaaS cloud solutions implementation.
• Experience working on an agile or hybrid project.
• Proven ability to analyze complex problems and find innovative solutions.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and management skills.
• Experience in cross-functional project teams.

Junior to Intermediate Project Manager – Assignment Length:
The term of the contract will be for an initial eighteen (18) months with the option for two one (1) year renewals.
