L & D Project Manager:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an L & D Project Manager for an 11 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

L & D Project Manager - Job Description:
This role involves managing the implementation of learning and development initiatives within a collaborative team. The project work focuses on mid to high complexity L&D training projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

L & D Project Manager - Responsibilities:
• Develop an understanding of overall portfolio/program movement and align projects with business priorities
• Drive L&D processes to implement learning solutions in various formats
• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of medium-to-high complexity L&D projects
• Support vendor selection, engagement, and onboarding for third-party learning solutions
• Develop and implement effective stakeholder engagement strategies
• Report on project progress and maintain regular communications with stakeholders
• Ensure tight governance control and actively manage/resolve risks and issues
• Conduct project retrospectives and act on lessons learned for continuous improvement

L & D Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• Project Management experience in L&D space
• Banking or financial industry or insurance companies experience
• Proficiency in MS Project/MS Office Suite
• Agile experience/SCRUM
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience managing medium to high complexity projects
• Learning and Development – design and development

L & D Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Previous banking experience
• Experience with LMS and LXP
• Experience with eLearning tools and standards (e.g., SCORM, xAPI)
• Experience with development software (e.g., Articulate Storyline/Rice)
• Program management experience

L & D Project Manager – Assignment Length:
The contract is set from November 23, 2026, to October 15, 2027, with a possibility of extension or conversion.

L & D Project Manager - Start Date:
ASAP

L & D Project Manager - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 4 days in the office.
