Lead Business Analyst/Project Manager – Future Clearing (FCM):
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Lead Business Analyst/Project Manager – Future Clearing (FCM) for a 9-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Lead Business Analyst/Project Manager – Future Clearing (FCM) - Job Description:
This role involves planning and executing operational readiness for futures clearing business expansion, including requirements definition and project planning. The ideal candidate will manage stakeholder relationships, coordinate UAT testing, and ensure successful implementation.

Lead Business Analyst/Project Manager – Future Clearing (FCM) - Responsibilities:
• Lead analysis and documentation of end-to-end Futures Operations lifecycle processes
• Partner with front office, clients, technology, and internal stakeholders for delivery of Futures Operations capabilities
• Manage project governance and execution, including plans, status reporting, and risk management
• Act as the first point of contact for Operations Teams within GWO for project-related asks
• Provide senior management with program updates and readiness indicators
• Collaborate with Business, Technology, Architecture, and Vendors to define system integration scope
• Own and drive testing approach and execution, including UAT coordination

Lead Business Analyst/Project Manager – Future Clearing (FCM) - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of experience as a lead BA or PM in the Future clearing domain
• Strong working knowledge of Exchange Traded Derivatives and Futures Operations lifecycle
• Proven track record of delivering complex system integration programs
• Experience in project governance and execution
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience with operational readiness and implementation

Lead Business Analyst/Project Manager – Future Clearing (FCM) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in Project or change delivery working for an FCM or Clearing house
• Experience with vendor/third-party coordination and integration testing
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA/Confluence/MS Office/Visio
• Experience in managing end-to-end testing processes

Lead Business Analyst/Project Manager – Future Clearing (FCM) – Assignment Length:
This is a 9-month contract position with the possibility of extension and conversion to FTE.
