Lead UX Designer/UX Researcher:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Lead UX Designer/UX Researcher for a 1-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Lead UX Designer/UX Researcher - Job Description:
The project involves vendor integration for enterprise-grade interfaces, focusing on enhancing user experience. The UX Designer will work closely with UI developers and stakeholders to provide expert design recommendations and feedback.

Lead UX Designer/UX Researcher - Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with UI developers to create user interfaces
• Interview stakeholders to gather feedback
• Suggest design components to enhance overall user experience
• Provide directional advice and consultation on interface usability

Lead UX Designer/UX Researcher - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of UX experience
• Experience with enterprise-level interfaces
• Strong communication skills with the ability to suggest design components and make recommendations

Lead UX Designer/UX Researcher – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Portfolio to demonstrate work

Lead UX Designer/UX Researcher – Assignment Length:
This is a 1-year contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion.
