Learning Technology Specialist:
On behalf of our Enterprise client, Procom is searching for a Learning Technology Specialist for a permanent role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Vancouver office.

Learning Technology Specialist - Job Description:
We are seeking an innovative and engaging Learning Technology Specialist to lead technology training efforts in our Vancouver office. The role involves designing and delivering impactful learning programs to enhance technology adoption and efficiency within the Firm. Additionally, the candidate will provide backup support for onsite Service Desk operations.

Learning Technology Specialist - Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver technology education sessions for Firm personnel
• Conduct onboarding and continuous learning workshops for staff and lawyers
• Design and maintain instructional materials and resources
• Produce and manage instructional video content for the Firm's LMS
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance learning materials
• Provide backup coverage for onsite Service Desk support
• Test and evaluate new software for usability and user impact

Learning Technology Specialist - Mandatory Skills:
• 3+ years of experience in technology education or instructional design
• Proficiency in creating instructional videos using tools like Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office 365, MS Teams, CRM systems, and Document Management Systems
• Experience with training and user adoption of GenAI technology
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities

Learning Technology Specialist – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Bilingualism in English and French
• Familiarity with instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM)
• Change Management experience
• Law Firm or Professional Services experience. 
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Learning Technology Specialist – Assignment Length:
This is a permanent position.
