Manager – Finance Business Analyst / Testing Lead:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Manager – Finance Business Analyst / Testing Lead for an 8-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3-4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Manager – Finance Business Analyst / Testing Lead - Job Description:
The role involves managing stakeholder relationships and overseeing the end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process. The candidate will be responsible for requirement management, defect tracking, and documenting business test cases to ensure successful project delivery.

Manager – Finance Business Analyst / Testing Lead - Responsibilities:
• Stakeholder Management

Manager – Finance Business Analyst / Testing Lead - Mandatory Skills:
• Proficiency in QTEST
• Experience with Jira and Confluence
• Strong finance knowledge
• Understanding of Business Requirement and End to End testing process
• Experience in documenting business requirements
• Experience in facilitating end-to-end UAT
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree

Manager – Finance Business Analyst / Testing Lead – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Business Analyst designation
• Experience in financial services
• Experience in the Information Technology field
• Experience in project lifecycle and project management methodologies
• Ability to identify and assess key business processes

Manager – Finance Business Analyst / Testing Lead – Assignment Length:
This is an 8-month contract position.
