Manager – Finance Performance Management:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Manager – Finance Performance Management for a 3-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Manager – Finance Performance Management - Job Description:
The Manager – Finance Performance Management will focus on consolidating financial data and conducting variance analysis to support strategic finance operations. The role involves collaborating with department heads to ensure timely financial updates and preparing monthly reporting slide decks.

Manager – Finance Performance Management - Responsibilities:
• Consolidating financial data
• Conducting financial modeling
• Running variance analysis (actuals versus budget)
• Collaborating with department heads to share latest updates
• Preparing reporting and monthly slide decks
• Liaising with departments on finance timelines

Manager – Finance Performance Management - Mandatory Skills:
• B. Comm, CPA-CA/CMA/CGA, MBA, or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years’ experience in financial reporting & analysis and cost management
• Experience using metrics, KPIs, and cost/value drivers in performance management
• Intermediate knowledge of accounting and reporting software such as EPM (IBM Cognos), and Peoplesoft
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills, both oral & written, with good interpersonal skills
• Solid business acumen and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable dealing with incomplete information, uncertainty, and change

Manager – Finance Performance Management – Assignment Length:
This is a 3-month contract position, with the possibility of extension to 6 months.
