Manager, Performance Enablement – Commercial Banking:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Manager, Performance Enablement – Commercial Banking for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Manager, Performance Enablement – Commercial Banking - Job Description:
The project involves the Next Generational Leads program, a data-driven initiative that is a key component of the distribution strategy. It is designed to enhance how Commercial advisors deliver insights and engage with clients.

Manager, Performance Enablement – Commercial Banking - Responsibilities:
• Support the management of program design, development, and implementation activities.
• Assist with identifying opportunities and gaps while collaborating with stakeholders to support action plan execution.
• Be assigned to other strategic projects within the business as required to support organizational priorities and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Manager, Performance Enablement – Commercial Banking - Mandatory Skills:
• 3+ years' experience in strategy development, business process management, and large-scale project management.
• Previous experience in Commercial Banking roles.
• Knowledge of Commercial Banking products.
• Experience in business analytics and insights.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python.
• Familiarity with analytical methodologies and Machine Learning Modeling.
• Strong impact and influence competencies with the ability to build partnerships with stakeholders.

Manager, Performance Enablement – Commercial Banking – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences.
• Demonstrated proficiency in data-driven decision making and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to explain complex information to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentations.

This is a 12-month contract position.
